SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping within the USA: 

We offer free shipping in the continental U.S. using UPS or USPS to ship. 

When will my order ship?

Every garment is made-to-order in our Texas atelier so once an order is placed it takes 3-4 weeks to ship. 

Returns & Exchanges

This is a very small business (micro to be exact), a solo venture, a one woman show. That being said every piece is cut and sewn especially for you by one pair of hands so we are not able to accept returns at this time. 

We want you to fall in love with your piece and how it fits! We can only accept exchanges for a different size in the style/color you ordered. If the color fabric you ordered is no longer available we can look at what fabrics that garment can be cut from at that given time.

Please email dana@atelierofthewild.com within 7 days of receiving your garment to initiate a size exchange. After 7 days all sales will be final. We will then send you the address to ship back your garment. We kindly ask the customer to pay for return shipping. 

The garment must be unworn and in new condition for the exchange to be processed or additional charges may apply. Once the garment has been received and inspected your new garment will be added to the queue for cutting!

Order Cancellations:

We are unable to accept cancellations if the garment has been cut. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Of the Wild is not be responsible for lost in transit or stolen packages. Once you have received a notification that your package has shipped please take care in tracking your package. We can not reroute a package after shipping. Once the package has been delivered we are unable to make claims and gather other information from the carrier.
