SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping within the USA: 

We offer free shipping in the continental U.S. Using UPS or USPS to ship. 

When will my order ship?

Every garment is made-to-order in our Texas atelier so once an order is placed it takes 2-3 weeks to ship. The total lead time can take up to 4 weeks including shipping. 

Returns

If you do not fall in love with your OTW piece then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment to initiate a return for store credit. After 7 days all sales will be final. We will then send you the address to ship back the item you are returning. We kindly ask the customer to pay for return shipping. 

The garment must be unworn and in great condition or additional charges may apply. Once the garment has been received and inspected store credit will then be issued for the total purchase amount of the garment. Please allow us 3 days to inspect and issue store credit once the garment has been received. 

Your garment is cut and sewn just for you so as a very small business (a one woman show) I can only issue store credit for returns at this time. Thank you!

Order Cancellations:

All garments are made-to-order so we are unable to accept cancellations for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Of the Wild is not be responsible for lost in transit or stolen packages. Once you have received a notification that your package has shipped please take special care in tracking your package. We can not reroute a package after shipping. Once the package has been delivered we are unable to make claims and gather other information from the carrier. If a package has been lost in transit a claim by Of the Wild can be submitted and if accepted a store credit for $50 (half the insurance claim) will be given to the buyer.
